I started painting when I was very young and have continued to paint throughout my life. I have worked over a number of years with Yalanji Arts – Mossman Gorge. In the last three years I have taken part in many workshops including printmaking (screen printing, monoprinting and etching) wood carving, ceramics and textiles. In 2011 I was involved in a project using cast bronze to create sculptural forms and jewellery items.
My artwork, inspired by the stories told by my Elders has been exhibited in the following shows:
